Food Trucks ($150)
Food trucks are a popular attraction every year, and vendors usually sell out at the festival. Register now as we only have a limited number of spaces!

For-Profit Vendors ($125)
Companies of all sizes regularly participate in PRIDEFest. Pride attracts a large, diverse audience giving you the perfect place to showcase your products and make connections.

Non-Profit Vendors ($100)
We offer reduced vendor pricing for non-profit organizations. Pride is a great place to gather new volunteers or to get the word out about your mission.

Please review the 2023 Vendor Agreement and Rules here. Once approved for a vendor space, vendors will be sent a copy of the Vendor agreement to sign as well as an invoice for their spot. 

Vendor FAQ

Do I need to include my tax ID?
If you are selling items at the festival, you must include your tax ID. There is a space to include it on the online registration form.

How do you handle sales tax?
We will have sales tax forms for each vendor that we will turn in to the state. If you pay sales taxes quarterly, you will share your tax ID, name, and contact info. Otherwise, we will have envelopes for your sales-tax money and will mail those in for you along with your form. All out-of-state vendors must complete the sales-tax forms and remit payment.

Can I register for more than one booth?
Yes!

Do you provide tables, chairs, and tents?
Vendors are responsible for providing their booth set-up.

Do you provide electricity?
Electricity will not be provided.
